'SHAPE UP FOR SUMMER' - our exciting slimmers event took place on Thursday 13th of May @7.30pm in the Lady Gregory Hotel, Gort. The evening was such good fun and a great success!

We want to thank Mairead from Lifes2good for her fascinating presentation on latest slimming research as well as Sarah, personal trainer, for her inspiring and encouraging fitness demonstrations! We'd like to thank all our guests & their friends! Many thanks as well to our donators of generous hampers & gifts for the raffle!
