How to Use:
- Before first use, remove the cap and pump 2–3 times to release air from the pump.
- Holding the bottle upright, remove the cap.
- Hold the bottle with your index and middle finger on either side of the finger rest and your thumb underneath. Bend your head slightly forward and close one nostril by gently pressing the side of your nose.
- Insert the tip into your nostril and breathe in gently.
- Press the pump down quickly and firmly to spray. Continue breathing gently through your nostril.
- Repeat in the other nostril.
- Wipe the tip with a clean lint-free tissue and replace the cap.
Apply 1–2 sprays in each nostril several times a day, depending on your needs.
Ingredients: Natural sea salt, purified water, povidone, cineole and menthol aroma. Without preservatives.
Storage: Store below 25°C. Use within 12 months of opening. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
